We are saddened at the loss of Wayne Steinhauser, who was a Field Service Supervisor for 38 years with Stratford Engineering and STRATCO. Wayne joined our team on April 1, 1958, and retired April 1, 1996. Wayne literally worked on every Stratford Engineering and STRATCO Contactor™ in the world. After the loss of my dad, Ward Graham, Wayne was always willing to be a mentor to all of us in the company. Wayne could repair anything in our R&D Laboratory and our Customers’ facilities. When asked about his “job“, his response was, “What do you mean? I’ve got a hobby,” because he loved working for Stratford Engineering and STRATCO. After the funeral of Wayne, his son, David, and I reminisced on the phone about so many great memories! What a wonderful man personally and professionally! Wayne and Betty had been married 60 years!
